the hotel was in a great location. bell service was prompt and friendly, taking my trolley to the room. the top corner room offered panoramic views, which i did not expect since i was upgraded from a spa and king room. i highly recommend this place!

the valet service was efficient. the desk clerk checked me in quickly. i liked the coffee machine with nespresso pods. my room had robes and shelves for my stuff. i also liked the bathroom with extra space.

the air conditioning was noisy. this made it difficult to sleep. only one elevator was working for twelve floors. waiting times were long during checkout.
